When power line adapter TL PA 717 is in power save mode should both units have slow flashing green light? In my set up the pc end has slow flashing green light and the router end has solid light and gets warm.

Can I know double-check the model and hardware version,  it TL-WPA17617 or TL-WPA7517kit?
