Home wired network can't see wifi network when Internet is down

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 0.9.1 v0078.0 build 170814 rel.66346n

When Internet is down home network can't see wired computers.

Hi, this is quite unexpected and did you set up VR600v under wireless router mode or DSL modem router mode?

when you mentioned " network can't see wired computers", how did you find that?

Were these computers set up to static IP addresses before and are you able to ping these devices?
