Hi, may I know the model number of your 4G router, like TL-MR6400?

The 2 lights, I believe are the power and Wi-Fi lights?

So You could not get internet access from the modem?

Hi @David-TP and thank you,
yes the model is the one indicated - TL-MR6400 - and only the two lights of power and wifi are on.
