My SIM card has acces to all Europe, but the router does not work when we leave denmar

  @MRouter 

Please log into Web UI>Advanced>network>internet>data roaming and make sure it is enabled.

By the way, have you checked the SIM card into the smartphone and make sure it is working aborad?
