Was mache ich falsch?

If it is a Windows computer, you could try to set the Network as Public/ Private network, that is to make sure other network devices are discoverable in the network.

If notebook still can not find the printer or other device, can i know the IP address of them. Try pinging the printer other computers and share the ping results: How to Use the Ping Command
Can you desribe the network map, are printer and other computer connected to main router or switch ?
