I just bought a new router AC1200 Archer D50 Wireless Dual Band ADSL2+ Modem Routor (2.4 GHz , 5 GHz)

and is not reading internet cable ADSL !

How do I fix this?

I have old router and is works fine 

Archer D50 Doesn't give me choices in ISP It gives me an error message that the internet does not exist

  @SalamAbz Welcome to the community.

May I know who is your internet service provider? 

Can you send the picture as an attached since somehow I could not open the Imgur link?

Have you tried to factory reset the ADSL modem by pressing the reset pinhole for 10s?

- i Tried it as a Access Point ( point d'accès ) The router worked for me and the internet worked as well.

- But when I connect the ADSL Cabel he Never read it.

- i watched YouTube videos of people with the same internet subscription as me, and I worked with them.

- i also tried to do firmware 170223 and 151229 .. It gives an error message when trying to upload the file and set it on the router.

Thank you for the update.

Have you tried to change a DSL cable to have a look?

Since D50 is ADSL only and nowadays many service providers support at least VDSL, have you confirmed that you are still on ADSL?

Yes sir, I connected the old cable that I owned and tried the new cable that came with the router .. It's bad luck. I bought this router for $85 and I can't return it because I removed the box and threw it .. I think it was a manufacturing defect 😥

  @SalamAbz 

I think the retailer sold you the ancient stock since D50 had been end of life for quite a long time.

Since you just bought it, if I were you, I would argue with them why sold me the old model and it was even not functional at all.

I would definitely ask for a refund!
