Can I buy extender units to continue pairing from the same base unit? Or do I have to buy more duo base /extender kit if I want more plugs around my house?
I can't find only the extenders for sale, only the duo kit.

Here is an FAQ that helps to select more powerline extenders. How can I select the powerline device?
As far as I know most powerline units are sold by KIT. If you could't find a single AV1300 wireless extender from online stores or local retailers, you may have to consider a powerline KIT which includes one wifi adapter, one wired adapter which could also work as a wired extender.
For example : a WPA8630P KIT contains
TL-WPA8630P (wireless adapter " w' means wireless )
TL-PA8010P (wired adapter) * this wired adapter could pair with the existing AV1300 and work as a wired extender but has no Wi-Fi function

I have tp-link tl-pa8010p starter kit. One based wired unit and one plug in wired extender. (No WiFi on that?)
so are there others extenders I can buy to pair with my base unit so I can have more wired connections?
id like to add my tvs to wired.

Any AV1300 unit like TP-PA8010(P)/ TL-WPA8630(P) could pair with your original TL-PA8010P kit.
If there is no single unit being sold, please consider AV1300 kit like tl-pa8010p Kit or TL-WPA8630P kit (one unit has wifi) both units in the kit could work as extenders and being added in your existing power line network. Of course, please make sure they all work in the same power line/ under the same power meter. Hope this helps!
