 My router power led is keep blinking and i tried to connect through cable it doesnt take an IP also the customer service in Egypt are not helpful at all

I already tried different power adapter, still power blinking I also reset the router but nothing changed and i cant detect wifi, can't able to access the UI.

any more tricks i can do ?

Hi, the latest firmware of TD-W9960-TD-W9960(EU)_V1.2_210831 has fixed this issue already.

Please reset the 9960 once and check whether you could get an IP address via Ethernet connection.

If yes this time, please try to log into the web UI and update to the above firmware.
