Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade my M5 Decos to 1.6.0 i have 3x M5 ( 3.2v) and 2x M5 (3.0v) everytime im trying to upgrade i get ( Operation Failed)
can you please help me?

Thank you very much for all the feedback.
The current firmware 1.6.0 build 20200525 is NOT suitable for Deco M5(EG) v3.0, BUT V3.2 is able to be updated to the latest 1.6.0 firmware.
Later there will be official 1.6.0 firmware for EG V3 as well and it is suggested to keep attention to the local official websites.
Currently, there is a 1.6.0 beta firmware for EG V3, if you want to test the beta firmware, please comment below.

Do you use the online firmware upgrade and have you tried the local upgrade: manually upload the firmware bin file?

I think the 1.5.6 Build 20210630 Rel. 83844 might be customized firmware for the EG version.

@KareemAsfour Thanks for the patience. It has been confirmed that 1.5.6 Build 20210630 Rel. 83844 actually is customized firmware for the EG version.
If you are on the general EU firmware, you are able to update to the EG version but it could not be reverted back, or update to the newer EU version, like 1.6.0 beta.
We have reported to the local website support and they will help remove the EU version from the local websites.

@David-TP What should i do now? Im on 1.5.6 Build 20210630 Rel. 83844 .
How can i update to EU Version? i tried to factory reset my deco and tried to update to 1.6.0 beta and tried to install

Hi, there will be a new firmware upgrade for the EG version as well.
You could pay attention to the firmware notification via Deco APP.
