Openvpn server poll timeout

Hello
I try to set up the openvpn on my tplink as listed on your website and also set up tplink ddns. even though everything has been set up properly I am constantly getting an error server timeout. I need to indicate that I do manage to send ping to the address.
After some tests I noticed that I also could not reach remote management of the router.
I even checked with the isp they say there is no blocking on my network.
