Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: Latest

My Router TD-W9970 Firmware is up to date.

 

1) It is detecting Airtel 3g/4g unlocked dongle.

But it is not detecting digisol 3g/4g dongle.

 

Any fix for this problem.

 

2) for my device Airtel 3g/4g dongle is detected and connected successfully with jio sim and also connected vpn ipsec.

 

But my Airtel 3g/4g dongle is connected with Airtel sim, but unable to connect with VPN ipsec. Any fix for this problem.

 

Pls update.

Hi, welcome to the community.

I googled the user manual of Digisol 3g/4g dongle, take DG-BA4305 for example, the user manual said you need to install driver/software on the Windows PC, but when it is used on 9970, actually there is no way to install the related driver on 9970 anymore. I guess that might be why the hardware of the Digisol 3g/4g dongle could not be detected.

What about Airtel 3g/4g Dongle.

 

USB Detected and Connected Successfully with Airtel Sim.

Now the Internet is ON.

 

but unable to Connect to VPN IPSEC.

 

Any Fix.
