Expectation: From 0:00 to 18:00 incuded, user won't be able to access the domains mentioned in the Restricted list (as shown below)
Reality: Websites are accessible (for example browsing to youtube)
Additional reality: Can't access Routers IP address when I enable the same content restriction for myself (to test this)
