I bought the tp-link RE330 recently. I've had it for less than a week but everyday I'm having problems where suddenly none of my devices can connect to the extender. All the lights on the extender indicate that it should be working fine but I can't connect to it unless I reboot it which fixes it until it the connection issues happen again the next day. Also when this happens, I can't connect to the extender on the Tether app and my laptop shows the extender has no signal despite me being right next to it and all the lights are on. My wireless router doesn't seem to be having any issues. Is there a way to fix this issue or am I going to be forced to reboot it everyday or just return it?

 Hello  @kroolz64

Thank you for the feedback, for the unstable issue on the range extender

  • Ensure your RE330 is on the latest firmware version
  • If the Wi-Fi LEDs stays on but has no internet when internet drops out, please refer to follow case 1 in troubleshooting guide to manually configure the DHCP and IP address for your range extender:

Case 1: Wi-Fi Led or Signal Led stays ON when issue happens:
