Model: Archer T2U
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: ?

Hi,

I'm not great with tech and would really appreciate some help with this. Someone has just bought me an Archer T2U Plus wireless dongle to use in my Windows desktop, however it's an old machine and works brilliantly with Windows 7 but not with later operating systems. After seeing the installation for The Archer T2U Plus get stuck at 90%, I've discovered it is not designed for Windows 7. Is there any way to work around this?

Many thanks,

Ros.

PS - I have no idea what the hardware version for this product is, but I had to enter something, so I just entered V1.

Hello  @RosP

Thank you for the feedback.

Ensure you are install the latest driver for the T2U Plus adapter

If the installation process got stuc, try to install in Windows safe mode How to get into Windows safe mode

You could also try the chipset driver here: Realtek Chipset Driver for Archer T2U(Nano/ Plus) (Win7/Win10)
