Hi

 

I seem to see lots of similar threads but they are all closed wih no clear solution. My internet connection keeps dropping out. Usually goes down for a few minutes then returns on its own. I don't need to reboot or anything for it to come back. This happens several times a day.

 

I've had the router for 2 years and it's been happening for all that time. Boradband provider is plusnet and they say there is no line issues.

Thanks, I had assumed the firmware was the latest because the control panel said it was up to date. I can see now there are newer builds for download so i'll try the latest and hopefully that does the trick.

 

note to self, check the obvious first!

I've updated the firmware and its still happening. Maybe less often, not sure, but still happening.

 

I've seen a fair few posts on what sounds like the same issue but there's no resolution within the thread. Has anyone managed to fix this?

Can I also have a picture of the DSL status under Advanced>Status on the VR400?
