Hi, Thank you for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
Deco X20-V4 could not use beta 1.6.0 firmware here and there has been further news about the 1.6.0 firmware for Deco X20 yet.
Have you noticed any performance issues with the current firmware 1.0.2 on Deco X20 V4?
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.

Hi, In this way, it might still need a while for the support of the reboot schedule on Deco X20 V4.
If you have a smart Wi-Fi plug, it would be a workaround to use the smart plug to power up Deco and set up a power schedule on the smart plug.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Is there a procedure to follow to update a Deco network with different hardware versions? I have 3 v1 M9 Decos that I've updated to the beta firmware and now I'd like to update my 2 v2.8 M9 Decos.
Do I need to remove the v2.8's from my network, build a stand-alone network with just the v2.8s, update the firmware and then add them back to my main network?

@imakeholesinu you can go directly to each deco IP where you will find a web interface that allows you individual updates. I have at home 3 M9Plus Deco, two 2.0 and one 1.0 (meaning different firmware to apply) and that way worked fine. I hope that helps.

I guess something must be different here because when I go to the IP addresses of what I suspect the new v2.8 Decos are I get a message from them saying
Not Found
The requested URL /webpages/login.html was not found on this server.
The IPs don't show up in my app for those new Decos either, just the MAC addresses.

I decided to wait a few weeks until i updated to the beta just to make sure there werent any major bugs. Updated today and only one of the 4 updated via the web tool, but i was able to update the rest using the downloadable update tool. I did have to reset my zigbee smart devices and rescan, but they finally reconnected to the decos also. selecting signal source of mesh units is working as expected. so far so good. thank you tplink devs for adding the m9+ 1.6 beta
