Hi, sorry for the inconvenience.
I'm afraid there hasn't been any updated news about the 1.7.0 of Deco M9 Plus yet.
Best regards.

Why did the m4 and m5 receive 1.7.0 before the m9 plus?

M9 Plus is the weirdest high-end product I've ever seen, I really regret spending more than $300 to get it instead of just buying M5 for half price and get better and faster updates, I thought high-end product supposed to be the first to get new updates but TP-Link did the opposite and I don't know why, lesson learned and I'll consider other companies for sure when I upgrade to WiFi 6/7 mesh systems.

Hi, Deco M9 Plus is still actively supported. If you encounter any performance issues, we'd love to provide further assistance.
While the firmware release cycle for adding new features may be slower, there will still be continuous security updates.
Thank you very much and best regards.

@xQuantum the XE75 / XE75 Pro are the exact same. The XE75 gets frequent updates and new features while the Pro sits on the same firmware for a year at a time.
