Hi, can anyone help me?

Just bought an AC750 Mesh Wi-Fi Extender from Amazon but before i return it as not working i thought i'd see if some one can help me.

I have paired the extender with my home Wi-Fi and have 3 solid white lights on show. When I try to connect my devices to the extender using the router password (as in instructions) it says wrong password. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Hello   @Charliemuggins 

Sorry for the late reply, here is a troubleshooting guide that should help: 

Troubleshooting: Unable to Connect to WiFi Extender or Saying Incorrect Password

Ensure the WiFi Led or signal led has light up after you configure the extender. 

If you use WPS button to set up the range extender, you may reset and reinstall it from a web page or tether app.
