Does anyone know of a brand of Wi-Fi switched plugs that have a web interface?

The app is more trouble than it's worth it (so am not buying any more app-only products), and TP-LINK has confirmed that it will not make the product easier to use by developing web access (see e.g. https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/250200).

Hello  @Mike_SFO

Thank you for the feature request.

The kasa plug does not use a web page and mostly managed in the kasa APP.

If you wish to manage a smart plug on a laptop, some users use an Andriod Emulator like Blues tack to manage the kasa device , or if you can have a Kasa app download in the Win11, you may also use the Google or Alexa voice command to control the kasa devices.

  @Solla-topee

Thank you for the response. Turns out there is a much better option out there.

I ended up dumping TP-LINK for Shelly, which have that capability and therefore are also future proof / no lock-in / no bricking without cloud: https://shopusa.shelly.cloud/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=638
