I bought this TP-MR6400 modem today and it gives the worst performance. When i used my mobile phone with sim card data, I got the 30MB+ Speed during Speed Test and 3MB Download Speed on Playstore.

At the same place, I inserted the Same sim from my mobile into MR6400 Router and it gives me 6MB Speed Test and 550KB Playstore speed. Which is the worst speed as compared to mobile phone. This router is totally useless. Rather than increasing the speed, it decreases the speed approx 4 times.
I asked for support with team, they just read my messages and don't give any reply.
Now i am going to return back this useless piece.

I tried to change the Width to 40MHz and then checked the speed, Still gave the worst speed result

I tried to change the 4G only, still not working.

My signal Strength was 75% which is shown in the status.
I don't know why you made such a useless product without any testing. A lot of people have the same issue.

Hi, may I know who the SIM card carrier is? and what is the model no. of your phone?

On your MR6400, please go to Advanced->Network->Internet page, try to change Band from Auto to Manual to try different bands one by one supported by your SIM carrier, then check which band would have better speed.

Besides, please note that the MR6400 is a LTE CAT4 product, which doesn't support 4G+, while most smartphone now supports much higher LTE category such as CAT11, CAT20 etc. which are 4G+, or some phones support up to 5G. That is why the phone speed might be higher than MR6400.

If you have any other LTE CAT4 product, please let us know the model no. and speedtest results as well.
