Re:ARCHER C80(EU) CAN'T FORWARD PORT 51413

Hi,

Check in the list under "Advanced" > "NAT Forwarding" > "UPnP" whether the client device to which you want to forward port 51413 may have already added this port forwarding rule on its own via the UPnP feature.

If the above was the case and you still want to add this rule to the Port Forwarding list manually, then disable UPnP temporarily. (you may also need to reboot the router)

Ok.

Another workaround that was previously reported in this forum is to disconnect all client devices from the router and make sure they can't reconnect on their own, then reboot the router and then connect only the one device you need to access the router's admin webpage. (and better don't use the client device that is running the service that requires port 51413)

Just want to confirm, are you able to open some other ports? Can you please give it a try?

BTW, what does this port 51413 work for? Which device or service does it open for?

Yes, I understand that is abnormal that you need to remove all the other devices from the network in order to find out which one is occupying the port, I just want to understand the situation and environment better, then we may figure it out more efficiently.

If you could explain your network layout and provide more details, that would be very much appreciated.

That is OK if you don't want to explain too much and we can forward your case to the TP-Link support engineers who will contact you with your registered email address later to figure it out. Please pay attention to your email box for follow-up. Thank you.
