Hi Tp-link
For a couple of days, my internet stopped working with MR100
My sim card is VI postpaid.

Internet works fine on mobile but not working on the router.

ipv4 unavailable

ipv6 available

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi， please go to Advanced->Network->Internet page to check the PDP Type in the profile settings, if it is IPv4&IPv6, please create a new profile manually to set it on IPv4 only, then check if internet works fine.
