give me the error message

 

Error code: 80002 Unknown error

Hi, did this error only pop out when you are checking the system logs?

Have you noticed any issues with the modem so far?

No. Everything works perfectly.

No.

Yes. The error message pop out only when i am checking the system logs.

 

More precisely, if : 

- i click the menu "System Log" in the side bar 

- i click the "Refresf" icon

- i click the "Back" in the "Log Settings" page.

 

I reset the router and made a new configuration, but this behavior is still there.
