My router information is as follows:

Hardware Version:

Archer AX11000 v1.0

Latest Firmware Version:

1.3.1 Build 20220721 rel.61848

(Available to download now)

As you can see above, I've a latest firmware update available to download. However, i'm unable to do so as I get the error "Unable to connect to the cloud server. Please try again later." 

Are you able to provide assistance?
