Hi,

I have my Deco X60 configured in AP mode with one hardwired to the BT Smart Hub.

I have a port forwarding rule in the Hub to forward port 8080 to a Raspberry Pi.

Prior to installing the Deco the Pi was, obviously, connected to wifi on the Hub and I could access the program running on it remotely.

The Pi is now on wifi via Deco and I can't access the program running. I can ssh to it, so I know the Pi is there and the program running.

Any ideas?

  @Truck

Hi, Welcome to the community.

There aren't any firewall settings on Deco X60 when it is on Access Point mode and the previous port forwarding profile should work as it used to.

Will you see the Pi-hole as one of the online clients on Deco? If yes, Please try to check whether the IP address and MAC address on the Deco APP are the same as what they have been configured on BT smart hub.

By the way, if you enable the WiFi on the BT smart hub again, and connect the Pi-hole back to the BT hub, will the remote access work again?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

Hi,

I have done further testing and have discovered that I can get to the Pi so there is no issue with the Deco.
Now to debug the Pi.

Thanks for your reply.
