Ok, I tried not to notice these problems I have, but I have to tell them,from time to time this model somehow loses its connection,I have days when I wake up in the morning and I don't have WIFI on my phone but after a few seconds it connects clearly this is not normal to have such a problem,I called the ISP internet company and they said there were no problems with the internet dropping,yes, the router provided by the isp company is put in briget mode so that I have all the power on the second router, tp link

 

The second problem I found today when I Reboot to clear cache and enhance running performance is that I no longer have the update button for Firmware and it doesn't show what firmware version I have,and a strange error appears,it's the first time I have this problem again this problem is not normal

 

The third problem I noticed that every 5 or 6 days wireless on the phone starts to lose performance,in the game it shows me bad signal or ms 126 or 200 or 280 etc. even though I have full signal on my phone, but if I Reboot to clear cache and enhance running performance it works temporarily for a few days maybe the firmware has a bug and does not keep the wireless performance 

 

The fourth problem Wireless Settings Personalize settings for each band or enable Smart Connect to configure the same settings for all bands.5ghz band if you leave it on the factory settings, you risk having problems after a few hours or days, the wifi disappears from your phone the solution from tp link support Channel:40 Channel Width: 20/40/80Mhz on 160Mhz don't let it cause you problems here those from tp-link should solve the problem, not disable it, this is not a solution

 

The firmware may have a bug and that is why these problems appear or the firmware is not yet developed properly because it is a new model and no serious update has been offered until now,or it could be a factory problem, but I don't think so from my test

I will try to do a factory reset to see if that solves the problem Coming Soon when i have the time,I mean the second problem from the bottom

I would also suggest resetting it to factory defaults first to observe if it will display the firmware info correctly.

 

Regarding the wifi issue, I guess that is normal when you just wake up your phone, as it may take time to connect to the network. Is it an iPhone? I saw some posts online before that iPhone does behave like that, when it initially wakes up, it will take some time to connect back online.

 

You can check the discussion in this thread that others also mention changing the wireless security from WPA3 to WPA2 solved the issue.

I fixed it in 2 ways when I logged out of the admin panel and reconnected quite strange or did a factory reset and I hope I don't have this problem again

 

i don't use iphone only samsung about changing the wireless security from WPA3 to WPA2 I I haven't changed anything, it has the same factory settings again quite strange

 

The problem is Firmware from my experience this router requires an update to be as stable as possible unfortunately those from tp link do not offer monthly updates,from what I've seen, they provide updates when they remember or get bored

 

before I had an ax50 eu v1, after almost 2 years they made a pathetic update and this model is quite poorly made

at 05.01 AM in the morning I took a quick picture on the phone when the 5ghz was not working

I quickly checked the wifi network with my phone and the band 2.4GHz it went without any problem but the band 5GHz did not appear

When I woke up the next morning same problem 09:20 AM but after a few seconds I think it connected to the band 5GHz clearly the firmware is not stable and needs an update

if there is another similar topic with problems of this kind, it should be posted in this topic I already posted the problems I found,this router has strange moments when it doesn't work properly from my experience Firmware it is still at the beginning and has not received a serious update because of this, strange problems also appear

 

if many users don't keep this topic in the top, I can't do it alone

 

question is ? when will those from tp link start to focus on this model as well ? no one knows as always

Hello unfortunately, I cannot monitor this router model 24/7 to see how it behaves,all I can do when strange problems arise to post them,

System Log View a detailed record of system activities. I think I posted these files twice I don't know if it helps but they are posted

Completely understand that.

 

Can you please confirm what are the channel and channel width settings on the AX73 router? Are you using a fixed channel or leaving it AUTO? I would suggest try to choose a less-crowded channel on the router to avoid interference first.

 

You can also try to change the wireless security to WPA2-PSK, AES.

 

BTW, is the Samsung phone the only device that experiences this issue? Have you tested this on other phones or laptops?

hello and sorry for replying late, I just got home from work currently both bands were set to manual they are no longer set to auto,I think that when they are set to auto, this strange problem appears this is what I believe,but the problem appears only on the 5ghz band 

 

well my sister has 1 iphone 11 but me and my parents i use samsung A8 4g,A71 4G and A53 5G when the problem occurs on the 5ghz band it crashes on all phones the strange part is the 2.4 ghz band has no problems at all with samsung j3 and samsung j6 old model

 

I have a gaming laptop that is not connected to wifi I have it on the normal cable UTP CAT 6 connected  because I play games online and I need all the power on the internet

 

2.4GHz Channel manual 3 and 5GHz Channel manual 40 Well, the channels that use them are not crowded the program I use is netspot

 

 

 

I deleted the password so that it is not visible in the picture the settings are from the factory, I have never changed them [WPA2-PSK, AES.]
