Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20210719 rel.14861

I am no expert but know enough to get around. Since I bought the AX11000 router around 3 or so months back - it's only been a frustration and complete waste of money. After hours and hours of testing, we determined that this router is the cause of massive intermittent fibre connectivity issues (lost packets). Reverted back to the ISP-supplied Archer C20 which works 100%. Still, also can't see any WIFI when using the AX11000 (fine via C20). Was using Cool Ideas and now Supersonic ISPs on an MTN infrastructure. Any suggestions as to what could be causing the issues? *We are also making use of 10x Deco E4 range extenders that are set up as Access Points. (MTN Fibre > Huawei ONT box > 'AX11000' > Deco E4 x10

@creativeBarry

There is a new firmware was provided in the following thread, and it should have addressed the disconnect issue reported months ago as stated by Kevin:
