Deco P9 v2.0 Latest Beta Firmware?
Hi I see some of the mods have previously PM'd a link to the latest beta firmware for the Deco P9 (v2) and was wondering if I could also get this to help troubleshoot some issues im experiencing.
My Deco P9 (v2) is current on version:
1.1.3 Build 20201228 Rel. 55057
Hope someone can assist and PM or reply with the latest beta firmware as the official firmware download page has not updated in a while.
Many thanks!

@mertsoy did you get a copy of the firmware? I am also having issues with units going 100%. The mesh is constantly rebalancing between WiFi and powerline.
Not sure if the slowness is because of the switching or if it's because the units are at 100%. It's hard to guess what's what when the units are maxed. Logging isn't great and the delay because the units are maxed its quite painful to get a real-time log......
I have to say its a amazing product but either the app/software is letting it down. I think if I can reduce the load on the units things might be better.
Happy to share any information/debug the issues, but if the new firmware doesn't improve things I think I am going to have to cut my loses with home networking and upgrade to something more enterprise which is a real shame its so close to be there.

@crypt0ninja Hi, there I noticed the screenshots and see that there are newer beta firmwares. I'm still on the old ones after buying these units just a month ago. The're going crazy with lot's of logging about errors and stuff. Is there anyone who can share the latest beta firmware with me? I'm still on 2021 build. Thank you.

Hello @David-TP
Thanks for your feedback !
The weird thing is that I changed Deco P9 v1 to V2 because of the noise issue and in V1 stock firmware it worked in PCL.
Everything is the same installation wise apart from the v2 (all the deco are v2) and it used to work, with a good connection.
I did try the beta firmware in your link, stayed on WIFI. I also tried to change the main deco, tested with three deco in the same room, stays in WIFI
Even after reseting everything and creating a brand new network : still WIFi connection so now the furthest one is on low WIFI connection and poor bandwith...
Do you think I could try with an other firmware ?
Best regards

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. There hasn't been a new firmware yet and for your case, I would like to forward it to the senior engineers for further assistance. Please check whether you have received any email from us.
Best regards.

@crypt0ninja hello, so you never really managed to fix it on the P9? Even with the beta firmware? And you confirm that the PX50 solves all your issues?
I also have a P9 setup and it never connected via powerline (PLC) not even when in the same room as the main P9...

Hi,
I never managed to resolve the problems with the P9 and eventually got rid of them and replaced them with the PX50 units.
No issues at all with the PX50 units, they work as they should, and backhaul priority is working as it should :)
Thanks

hi is it possible to get the beta firmware to test some issues. My main deco works perfectly(great wifi/lan speeds) but my slaves get only the halve of the speeds even if they are in close proximity of each other. When i log in on to the primairy i see almost constantly 100% cpu spikes. With only 4 devices connected
