The download of power is only 12 hours and is the 12 hours ending 12 hours ago. Strange and not very useful as I need the latest data.
How much data is held?

Can you see the latest data on the APP? Please make sure both device firmaware and APP are updated. And try to export the file again.
If the problem still exists, can you share the screenshots here so that we can help to check it? For example, the data showing in the APP and the data from the file.

@Wayne-TP The app is 2.11.43 and the device 1.1.6 221114 Rel.203339.
Power data just downloaded is 144 rows starting 2022/12/05 18:50:00 with every 5mins to 2022/12/06 06:45:00. (6:45 am)
Energy runs from 2022/11/30 00:00:00 hourly to 2022/1206 23:00:00 with data from when device switched on on 3rd.
Comparing the excel power chart with the app shows the most recent 12 hours missing.
