Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.0

Two cameras on my setup - both show a green bar across the top of the image in 720p mode, but fine in 2K QHD. See attached screenshot. This applies in both live stream, and recorded video.

Thank you for the feedback. This problem seems similar as the issue reported here, which already has a solution. You can try to test the APP and let us know if it helps.

I have a trio of TP Link cameras which are giving a similar Green bar to the top of the camera, when using Android Devices to view, is there a software update or firmware update being developed to resolve the problem?

I've been running a trial version of the app which solves the problem. Not sure when it's due to go GA on the Play/Apple stores though.
