I want to know the actual difference between Tapo C210 and Tapo C200 V3. Can someone tell me the which one is best and which one is better in terms of video quality. What had been improved from Tapo C200 V2 to V3?

Definitely Tapo C210, it has 3Mp resolution and C200 supports 1080P. 

Besides, Tapo C210 has supported Smart Action

  @Little_C  I've bought the C210, The problem is why I cannot notice the difference when I switch between the quality of camera? I've changed from least to high as 2K the camera looks still the same. The Quality of video is terrible when it moves a bit.
