@KalleKat Hi the main difference is the the C210 has an improved camera resolution making the image quality better it uses a 3MP lens which gives a resolution of 2304 × 1296, the C200 uses 1080p which gives a resolution of 1920 x 1080.

Thank you for being interested in Tapo Cameras. Tapo C210 3MP camera is the upgraded model based on Tapo C200 1080P model , they are almost the same on the software features and except for difference in following aspects:

@KalleKat C210 will support cloud recording in the near future. I don't think TP-Link will add it to the C200 as well.

Yes, looks like the Romanian(correct?) version of the site shows something else.
Which one is correct?! :)
You could also read it as the C200 is already supported, and the others are planed :)

BTW, my location is Romania (Eastern Europe).
