I have a new 4 pack of Kasa Smart Wi-Fi Plug Mini.

Using my laptop to search for networks I see all 4 listed .

Using my Android Phone (Nokia G300) when I try to

connect the TP-LinkSmart Plug_C*** it shows No Internet.

Network Details...

Good signal strength, Frequency 2.4, No Security, Detect Automatically,

Use Randomized MAC (default),

Auto Connect,

How do I get this connected to Internet?

No Wi-Fi ,  using Mobile Data instead?

Thank you for reaching out. 

The Kasa  Smart XX default Wi-Fi SSID itself is used for app to find the plug, it is common that the smart SSID has no internet access.

 

Before adding a smart device, the APP requires phone connecting to Home Wi-Fi and have internet , so please connect your phone to the home network first,  then follow the instructions in the APP step by step to set up your smart device.
