I am using an iPhone 4 on los 12:5:6 as a monitoring device for an elderly parent. Until recently I was able to review footage from tape Care cloud video. But this seems to have stopped working. Is this something in the settings or does tap care no longer support this feature in iOS 12

Thank you for raising this topic on TP-Link community. Can you be more specific about this problem so that we can assist further? Do you mean there is no more new cloud video? Or you're not able to play previous cloud videos? Any error message? It will be great if you can share some related screenshots.

 

At the same time, you can check if the cloud video has expired (7 days or 30 days based on the Tapo care plan) and if the Tapo care plan has expired.

Unfortunately I am not able to share any screenshots however I will try to give more detail. 

 

The Tapo Care subscription is active and works fine on my iPhone 12, which I use to monitor my father and his care provider remotely. The problem is only on my old iPhone 4 which is used in his home as a monitor. I am not sure just how recently it occurred but there are now no tapo care cloud recordings at all, not current or past. There is no error message. The app is signed in - I tried signing out and back in again. Just no video footage at all only live feed.
