Hi,

I'm using Deco X50 from Bangladesh. I'm using 2.4Ghz perfectly but unfortunately I'm not able to use 5Ghz as the channel 36-48 doesn’t support in Bangladesh.  In Bangladesh for 5Ghz it only support channels 149-165.

 

So I badly need a solution to solve this issue.

 

Please help me to get out this problem @tplink @TPLINK5 @tplink2 @etplink

Hi, Welcome to the community. May I know where you bought Deco X50 since this mode is not sold in Bangladesh?

Thanks for your quick reply. This product is purchesed form UK. One of my relative send it for me. But unfortunately I can't get the invoice right now. I'm trying to get that. May I get the support with only the info that i have purchesed location is UK.
