Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.5 Build 20220823 Rel. 41353

I recently updated my firmware in my Deco M4 to 1.5.5 and after that, many times during the day, deco loses connection (Flashing red light or simply freezing). I need to restart deco after every episode of this. As I have more than one deco, if I change for one containing a previous firmware, the network works normally.
But here comes the problem: all the M4 I have already been updated to the problematic firmware, leaving only the DECO E4 working fine, but that can not provide all the bandwidth that I contracted. How to solve this problem?

My configuration is ACCESS POINT MODE, using 3 Deco M4 (I also have 3 DECO E4 1.0 using firmware 1.5.4 and if I change to them, all works fine)

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.

Can I have a picture of your network topology/layout?

Compared with 1.5.4, the 1.5.5 of Deco M4 V2 did not make a big change and the disconnection is not supposed to happen.

Since 1.5.5 could be downgraded to 1.5.4 directly via web UI, would you mind reverting one M4 back to 1.5.4 to see whether this issue would stop:

Deco M4(EU)_V2_1.5.4_220113

How to log into the web UI:https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2641/

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
