Model: Archer VR400
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 220321 Rel.60385n

I have a Gigaset C470 voip phone on my network which has stopped working. Is the Archer VR400 blocking SIP on port 5060 & RTP on port 5100 by default? I cant see where I can check what network ports are blocked for inbound traffic.

  @rossack

Hi, Archer VR400 will not block SIP on port 5060 & RTP on port 5100.

As for the VOIP phone issue, please try to log into Archer VR400,  then go to Advanced>>Click NAT Forwarding on the left>>Click ALG>>Check the status of SIP ALG>>If it's enabled, please disable it(If it's already disabled, please enable it). Then check whether it could make any difference.

Best regards.

Thanks for your suggestion. I didn't realize SIP Enable was on the NAT Forwarding -> ALG menu page
