I have paid for Tapo Care premium but the cameras are not recording and I do not have an option to record the video.
Hello, thank you for posting. Tapo care saves the motion detection clips to the cloud. Please enable the motion detection feature and configure it properly, the cloud video will be uploaded shortly after the motion detection.
