Smart Power Strip HS300 having issues with Plug 3 to 6 not showing up

I have a weird problem with one of my newly purchased HS300.
Firstly it fails to add the device properly. When I finish the setup it doesn't show up in Kasa. When the setup finishes it shows me the "Add Device" screen again. I have to go back to the main Kasa screen and then I can add the device to the specific room I have created.
Then, when I click on Plug 1 to edit the name, I only get Plug 1 and Plug 2 on the list of Plugs in the "Device Settings" page.
So, when I click on Plug 2 through Plug 6, they all send me to Plug 2. See pictures below.
