After some days the plug doesn't disconnect power. The plug is shutted off but the power is not really closed so the television remains switched on. Tried several times to remove the plug from the app and to reinstall but non success, still power open.
Try to factory reset the plug, and see if it helps.

If problem remains the same, this plug may have a hardware issue. In this case, please contact the local TP-Link support or the retailer to proceed warranty.
