M5 no devices
I have (4) deco E4 and (1) Deco M5 as Main, but almost nothing connects to M5, even though I put the M5 in a crowded place, but most people connect to E4 which is 20M farther away, so there is 1 point where the signal you get is very small, even though there is an M5 there which is only 2 meters away, but none of the devices are connected to the M5, can anyone help?

The final connected mesh node needs the negotiation of both mobile clients and Deco. For more details, please refer to this link:

Currently, you could try to power off the 4*E4, and wait for the devices to connect back to Deco M5. then turn off "Mesh Technology" on the mobile devices that are near Deco M5.
After that, please power back Deco E4.
