Model: Deco PX50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1

I have terrible mobile phone reception in my house, so rely heavily on my operator's VoIP over Wi-Fi option offered. The PX50 units make the feature unusable, with awful latency and compression on the connection making conversation impossible.

I'm assuming this must be the backbone protocol of the units (either wireless or over the G.hn Powerline connections), as my old router coped with the feature with no issues.

Has anyone else had any similar problems?

  @Bug_Boy

Hi, have you tried the following suggestions:

Wi-Fi Calling not working

If it did not help, could you please help me check the following details:

1. Some pictures of the network map and signal source strength on the Deco units.

2. May I know who is your wall calling provider?

3. what is the model number as well as the OS of the mobile phone?

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

1. Signal source strength seems to be fine on all units. I'd guess the issue is when I primarily connect to the remote (non main) unit via WiFi.
2. Internet provider and VoIP over WiFi provider are both Vodafone UK.
3. Phone is a Sony Xperia 5 III XQ-BQ72. It is on the latest available version of Android. 13 Build Number 61.2.A.0.460 release-keys
