Hi, For Jio 5G SIM issue, please refer to this post: India Jio SIM stops working on TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers after upgrading to 5G

 

In addition, please check the hardware version on the device label, such as V5.0, 5.20 or V5.30 etc..
