Hello, After installing a firmware update, the update ended successfully but RE stopped working. Only blue power light is on. Cant connect to wifi and reset button does not work. Is there a solution other than going to a service center.

Did you release a bad firmware update intentionally? To make us buy a new extender? I will never buy your product again.

May I know the hardware version as well as the new firmware version you have updated?

And did you update the firmware via Tether APP?

By the way, have the RE305 ever been unplugged RE305 during or after the firmware upgrade？

All the new firmware has been strictly tested and we do not release any bad firmware updates intentionally.
