Hi

My TP links have stopped working. I've tried pairing them multiple times and have tested the Ethernet cables.

my Wi-Fi is working fine but Ethernet isn't seeing the default gateway at all.

I've tested the Ethernet cable from my eero router by plugging it into my laptop and that works but as soon as I try plugging the adapters into the wall there is no connection.

Both of my adapters are model TL-PA4010 and they are plugged into the same electrical circuit.

The Powerline led is off for both adapters

I could really use some help as I've tried everything I can think of

  @Stevencj76

Powerline LEDs off means the two powerline adapters are not paired with each other, thus unable to communicate at all, you need to pair them again by pair button:

How to secure (pair) the Powerline Network

If they are still not paired, please move them into one room and try again.
