Hi, I have seen this feedback before the release of 1.2.8, even 1.2.7. So I think it is not related to the firmware.

It is suggested to contact the local warranty office to request for a replacement if the Deco is still under warranty.

I have the same problems starting 2 weeks and only port #1 was not working. Any solution to fix it? I am on firmware V1.28 also.

Well, I just woke up to a cold house today because my heating system lost connection to the internet. Turns out the Deco system couldn't connect to the internet despite the FTTP modem having no issues whatsoever. The only way I could fix the issue was to move the ethernet cable for the modem to a different port on the main Deco, and then I had to move the heating module to a different port on a different Deco to get it to connect as well.

 

Long story short, I've started an email support request to start the RMA process.

Got a replacement unit on mid-December 2023. Yesertday one of the replacement port# 1 was not working anymore. Email technical support and see what is the answer. Seems there was problems on port #1 and don't know what is the cause. The new unit only work ~ 2 months and dead again.

This happened to me this morning. My internet kept going out every 15-20 minutes then discovered the issue was port 1. Factory reset did nothing.

I simpy don't want to take the effort for RMA. As replacement will have the same issue, sooner of later..

  @David-TP I have the same problem, top LAN port not working on 2 from 3 pcs of my deco XE75. First deco unit with top LAN port not working from september 2023 and second deco unit from yesterday. Is a complaint with the seller the only solution? I have a warranty for 3 units until 11/2025.

And without any reason... just from one day to another the second unit port 1 stop working. The second unit worked without incidents for almost 5 months and just like the first one, port 1 stop working without any logic explanation... same symptons... port 2 and 3 works as expected... only port 1 in BOTH deco unit no longer functional

I got my XE75 Pro V2 unit last night. 2.5G port worked fine for couple of hour and then suddenly it stopped working.

 

Luckily Amazon is accepting the return of the product.
