I checked the record and your case has been forwarded to the engineers the first time you updated the firmware from 1.0.0 to 1.0.2. But you did not update the email since then.
Could you please reply to email #TKID230729726 again so that the engineer can be informed that the same issue is repeated again on firmware 1.1.0?
From firmware 1.0.0 to 1.1.0, it has crossed different firmware platforms, it could not be downgraded directly via web UI and it needs to be performed via firmware recovery first:
