Hi i ve problem after my deco updated firmware 1.5.8. The wireless internet is gone. I tried everything but it doesn't work. I reset the device. I reinstalled the network. I replaced the main device with the other device. The installation is in progress, but I do not have access to the internet. Can you help with this issue?M4

  @ImtiazAli sorry The device does not connect to the internet. The modem has an internet connection, I tried, but there is no internet via deco.

@xkadirx Deco M4 (V4) doesn't have 1.5.8 firmware. They have 1.1.x firmware version.

 

Are you sure that's the correct firmware version?

Hi, After the configuration, did the main Deco turn solid red, or solid white?

If it is red, it is very likely that you might choose the incorrect internet connection type, like Dynamic IP or PPPoE.

I see you mentioned the ISP modem is fine. Did you test it with an Ethernet connection on the computer?

If yes, you could also try to clone the MAC address of the PC on Deco.
