Title: How to use printer server on VR600 with Brother HL-L 2310D laser printer?

Hi,

I have a VR600 modem router V2.0 and a Brother HL-L 2310D laser printer. I connected the printer to the VR600 modem router USB port. The VR600 recognizes the printer, but none of my devices (Apple's MacBook, Apple's iPad, Apple's iPhone, Windows laptop...) can see it on the printers list.
I installed TP-Link's USB Printer Controller, but it does not find or recognize the printer either.
How can I use the printer server on the VR600 to print documents from other devices? Is there any setting that I need to change on the VR600 or the printer?

Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

Have you followed this guide for configuring the print server ?

If you don't see your printer in the USB printer controller utility then probably your USB printer has a compatible issues.

Here's a list of compatible printer models - I couldn't find a more recent list.

By the way, there's newer FW release for your device which addresses the CWMP vulnerability - here.
