Here is some information for your reference:

1. Please refer to the bottom label to find the model number first. It should be something like Deco xxx, like Deco M4/Deco X20.
2. As for reset, please hold the reset pinhole for 1s, then wait for about 1-2mins and the LED will turn blinking blue.
3. For how to set up, you have to install the Deco APP on the smartphone first.
